M. Tindall Cowan

M. Tindall Cowan is an attorney with experience in Criminal Law, Domestic Relations, and Civil Litigation.
Tindall is admitted into the practice of law in the State of Georgia, and she continues to work diligently
with Davison & Davison Law Firm as the lead litigator in a wide range of cases.

Tindall attended the University of Georgia for both her undergraduate and juris doctorate degrees.
During her pursuit of her law degree, she supported the University of Georgia Law School’s Veteran
Legal Services program, negotiated hundreds of contracts for the University’s Intellectual Property
Office, and served as the Vice President of the Veterans Law Society. In October of 2022, she began her
employment with Davison & Davison Law Firm, and she continues to provide legal services to clients of
the firm.

Tindall also holds a bachelor’s degree in plant biology with an emphasis in bioinformatics and
biotechnology. She has contributed to important research in plant genetics. She is also a Captain in the
U.S. Army, serving in the Army Reserves since 2020, and she recently completed an 11-month
deployment to Poland. Tindall currently serves as the Battalion Adjutant of the 787 th Combat
Sustainment Support Battalion in Dothan, AL, where she manages personnel readiness and deployability
for nearly 1000 troops.

Tindall is a resident of Franklin Springs, Georgia. She and her husband both actively participate in their
community, and she is interested in continuing a vibrant, litigation-oriented law practice in Northern
Judicial Circuit to provide first class legal representation for all citizens of the surrounding area.
